Insanity Day 11

ok i survived the cardio recovery this morning. and today i noticed the first time that my triceps are showing :))) never had that before or at least not the last 20 years lol. looking forward to tomorrow cardio power and resistance. i craved chocolate so bad and just a slice of german bread and some fruits or salad and whatsoever :(. i did have a strawberry limeade from sonic today :((, but it was so good and i dont really feel bad about it. but i was thinking if that made me crave the chocolate more?? could that be?? i just feel exhausted today...getting up every day at 5.15 the latest (we got up at 4.50 this morning) is just getting to me. tomorrow is a new day and i am looking forward to the workout in the morning. its going to be at 10, so i can sleep till like 7ish to have breakfast before :) i think as soon as the girls are in bed today....i will head to bed too :) i think i just need some good nights sleep and i will be rockin and digging deeper tomorrow morning :)

Insanity Day 10

Today was Day 10 of Insanity. I had my first results this morning. I made it through the warm up...yep the warm up :)...without taking a little break to catch my breath :)))). I am so proud of myself. The workout was fun like always. I notice, that I can keep going longer before I have to rest for a few seconds. I am really curious about Tuesday....the next Fit Test :)). I am excited to see how I will do on this one compared to the first one :)

We also started doing Push ups and Crunches at night...

My meals today were a Yoghurt Bowl in the morning, Egg Sandwich for Lunch, Shakeology as a snack and Protein Pizza Muffins for Dinner :) I stayed under my calorie limit.

Still glad I am having my pre workout drink about 30 minutes before we start Insanity and my recovery drink right after the workout. I am sore, but not too bad. I think I wouldnt be able to walk no more without my recovery drink.

It is never too late to start...start today and you will see results soon :)

It is never too late to start....quit making excuses. If you are happy with your Body and Health right now...good :)), if not...you need to change something and you need to change now or you will never change it....stop finding excuses why not to start today....Start today, get back in shape, live a healthier and happier life...everyone will benefit from it :)). I am already feeling so much better and we complete Week 1 of Insanity tomorrow :)) And I am so proud of myself and my husband, I haven't been that proud before, because I never really did anything. The feeling after the workout, that you made it through...is one of the best feelings in this world. Insanity is a crazy intense workout, but I am so curious how I will look after the Challenge. I can't wait to see the final results....I am already starting to see results, after not even 1 Week :)). This is motivation pure :)....thats what I love about Beachbody workouts...you don't have to wait weeks and weeks to see progress....it starts in the first week :)) That keeps you going....or at least me :)

Insanity Day 4 and 5

So yesterday was Cardio Recovery...I was like...ohhhhh yeah :))....OMG, it sure was a recovery from the cardio workouts but it wasn't an easy workout at all :). It was alot of balance, stretching and strength....it almost killed me :). I made it through and I really thought I won't be able to walk in the morning, but thanks to my recovery drink, I was sore, but not too bad :)).

We had Steak and steamed Broccoli for dinner yesterday and it was delicious :)

Today was Pure Cardio and all I can say is....OMG...that kicked my butt, but I felt so freaking great afterwards :)). I loved it. It was insane :).

We had Citrus Baked Chicken tonight and it was very yummy. We had Whole Wheat Pasta as the morning snack and that sure is one of my favorite dishes in this meal plan.

We need to do the meal plan for next week tomorrow...going shopping...but first thing in the morning....Digging Deep :)) Ready for tomorrow....As for now...I still love Insanity :))....I must be insane :)

Insanity Day 3 :)

I was a little sore this morning, when I got up :), it wasn't too bad though. But I could feel it all over my body and it felt good :). We started our workout around 5.45 am. We did Cardio Power & Resistance. I loved it, I sweated more and I had to push hard, but I made it through. There were more jumps and push ups than the day before. I still managed to pull through it :) and I am proud of myself....I was laying on the floor moaning after the workout and worn out :). But knowing you pushed yourself to do it and not quit, is one of the most amazing feelings in this world. Only 57 days to go :))

I had Proatmeal this morning, which I ate, but not really liked. I fixed my Shakeology Shake with PB2 (Peanut Butter Powder) and 1/2 cup Strawberries and I had a Turkey Sandwich. My afternoon snack was 1 cup Greek Vanilla Non-Fat Yoghurt with 1/2 cup of Fruits...this was delicious. And for dinner we had Chicken Ranch Wrap :)), which was delicious also.

All in all I am feeling good, thank god I didn't have any sweet cravings today and I wasn't hungry at all. I still stayed below my calorie limit :)

I had at least 10 cups of water and I am looking forward to tomorrow :))

Insanity Day 2

All I can say is OMG ;)) I loved the workout this morning ;) it was great and pretty INSANE ;) I am so sore already, but I will fight my way through. I am curious and excited about tomorrow ;)

30 seconds water break just seems not enough ;) but I made it through the workout without quitting ;) I am proud of myself ;)

I had the insanity deli sandwich as a morning snack, shakeology for lunch, cold cut platter as the afternoon snack and brown rice bowl for dinner. Everything was delicious.

I do gotta say though, that I was very hungry today and I craved chocolate like crazy, but I didn't give in and I didn't cheat ;)) it was hard, but now I can say....I DID IT ;)))

My body is going through a change. I never ate on a regular basis. I just ate when I felt like eating....totally wrong...I know ;). I am learning how to eat right now and I am pretty sure I will stick to it after I finished 60 days of insanity ;)

Ready for the next round to dig deep tomorrow morning ;))

Insanity Day 1

Hello everybody, so we started Insanity this morning :) We had to do the Fit Test...I thought to myself...ok, this is going to be easy beasy :)....I was WRONG....It was hard and I dripped and I was out of breath and it was INSANE :). I made it through though and I am very proud, since I wanted to stop after the second workout :)....I fought my way through and I felt fabulous after the workout.

I always have my Beachbody Energy & Endurance pre workout drink before I start working out and my Results & Recovery after workout shake, when I am done or sometimes I start drinking it, while I am still working out. I had a Banana for breakfast and I had a Yoghurt Bowl (find the recipe in the healthy recipes tab) as a snack. I am going to have my Shakeology Shake for lunch, a Insanity Special PBJ as my afternoon snack and Dinner Omelet tonight :). I am on a 2000 calorie Diet, since I don't wanna lose a whole lot of weight, about 10-15 pounds, and do more toning....well, I will just see what Insanity does for me :)) I will give my best and I really wanna finish it, because I want this SHIRT :)))

So the Dinner Omelet was really really good :)) and I could even have a pear with it :).

I need to say, I thought I would be hungry or feeling unhappy with this meal plan, but I am not. I never really feel hungry at all and since I have my chocolate Shakeology Shake for lunch, I don't crave Chocolate or Sodas at all :)) Can't even think of fast food...makes me sick to my stomach...

So, I am excited for tomorrow morning. I know I will be hurting again, but feeling so good :)). Lets do this :))

Insanity Challenge

Our Insanity Challenge started today...well, we started eating right and start Insanity tomorrow :). I am soooo excited and nervous and a bit scared. I am so curious about my change, but I am ready for it.

My meals today were

1 Banana for Breakfast
Egg Sandwich as a Snack
Shakeology for Lunch
PBJ Sandwich + Cottage Cheese as a Snack
Chicken Meatballs for Dinner

So excited for tomorrow...it will be the Fittest :))
