I was a little sore this morning, when I got up :), it wasn't too bad though. But I could feel it all over my body and it felt good :). We started our workout around 5.45 am. We did Cardio Power & Resistance. I loved it, I sweated more and I had to push hard, but I made it through. There were more jumps and push ups than the day before. I still managed to pull through it :) and I am proud of myself....I was laying on the floor moaning after the workout and worn out :). But knowing you pushed yourself to do it and not quit, is one of the most amazing feelings in this world. Only 57 days to go :))
I had Proatmeal this morning, which I ate, but not really liked. I fixed my Shakeology Shake with PB2 (Peanut Butter Powder) and 1/2 cup Strawberries and I had a Turkey Sandwich. My afternoon snack was 1 cup Greek Vanilla Non-Fat Yoghurt with 1/2 cup of Fruits...this was delicious. And for dinner we had Chicken Ranch Wrap :)), which was delicious also.
All in all I am feeling good, thank god I didn't have any sweet cravings today and I wasn't hungry at all. I still stayed below my calorie limit :)
I had at least 10 cups of water and I am looking forward to tomorrow :))
