Our Insanity Challenge started today...well, we started eating right and start Insanity tomorrow :). I am soooo excited and nervous and a bit scared. I am so curious about my change, but I am ready for it.
My meals today were
1 Banana for Breakfast
Egg Sandwich as a Snack
Shakeology for Lunch
PBJ Sandwich + Cottage Cheese as a Snack
Chicken Meatballs for Dinner
So excited for tomorrow...it will be the Fittest :))
